This website is operated by ncs digital fze llc, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us” or “our”). These terms explain use of the website and the basis on which service enquiries are handled.

1. Information, not an online order

The website describes Facebook ads, Google ads, SEO and organic social media services. There is no checkout and no payment collection on this website. Browsing the site or sending an enquiry does not create a service agreement or authorise charges.

2. Service agreements

Before paid work starts, the parties must agree in writing on the service provider’s identifying details, scope, deliverables, fees, taxes where applicable, advertising spend, timing, approvals and cancellation terms. Any recurring arrangement must be expressly agreed; an enquiry is not a subscription.

These website terms do not replace a signed service agreement. A service agreement governs the project where it differs from these general terms, subject always to applicable law.

3. Fees and refunds

Service fees are non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Review the Returns, Cancellations & No-Refund Policy before agreeing to services. That policy must be disclosed as part of any service agreement; simply visiting this website is not acceptance of a payment obligation.

Third-party advertising charges are separate unless expressly included in the written scope. We cannot determine a platform’s refund decisions.

4. No performance or approval guarantees

We do not promise advertising approval, account reinstatement, a particular ranking, audience size, traffic, leads, revenue or any financial return. Platform rules, algorithms, competition, budgets and business decisions can affect outcomes. Service descriptions are not forecasts or guarantees.

5. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information and only materials you are authorised to use. Obtain any permissions needed for advertising content and customer data. Do not send passwords or payment-card details by ordinary email. Any account access must be separately agreed using appropriate permissions.

You may not use this site to send unlawful material, interfere with its operation or attempt unauthorised access.

6. Content and third-party platforms

Do not reproduce website text or branding without permission unless the law allows it. The photographs identified on our Photo credits page are public-domain/CC0 images; this restriction does not claim copyright over those images. Photographs are illustrative and do not depict our staff, clients or endorsements.

Facebook, Instagram, Meta and Google are third-party names and trademarks. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with or endorsed by those companies. Their services and policies are outside our control.

7. Website availability and responsibility

We may correct or update information and may need to suspend website access. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
